The farmers in 70 clusters will take a vow not to adopt anything Chemical and promote Organic and ecological Farming. This 3-year project will cover mostly rain-fed upland where Millets, Pulses, Oilseeds and Vegetables will be grown intensively. The farmers will be given training to produce their own manures, vermin-compost, bio-pesticides etc. Conservation of local seeds with bio-diversity will also be promoted.
